A Journal of a Learning Journey

June is always exciting for me. Not only that I was born in this month, June also becomes "a gate" to many of big moments happen in my life.




Just like this June in 2015, I stepped my feet to another school. Another Islamic school, yet still in Jakarta.

For sure, I debt many thanks to Ananda Islamic School. It's my first formal workplace, from which I learned a lot how to be a professional educator. In the last two years, I have gone through a lot of learning process with my colleagues, students and parents. Many first experiences happened here; like my first experience teaching in primary level, firstly coordinating other teachers, and firstly giving speech in Jumah prayer (a.k.a khotib), and other "firsts".

Some people think that I just waste my time by moving into a new school, which partly means I will start my teaching career from the beginning. Anyhow, it's not a big deal to me. As the picture above clearly states, I take every moment as a fresh beginning. There must be more new experiences I will get here.
"Diving down to jump higher," whispered a voice in my head.

Yup, I believe on that, so I answered enthusiastically, "Let's fasten our seat belt. We're gonna have mooore exciting journey ahead,"
